Rania is the Chief Financial Officer at Strativio, where she oversees financial planning, engagement economics, and the firm’s commercial operations. She ensures that Strativio’s business model serves both clients and sustainable growth equally.
Before joining Strativio, Rania served as Treasurer of MMT, where she combined operational financial management with hands-on consulting experience. Her background spans financial analysis, project economics, and the operational rigor required to scale a consulting firm without compromising delivery quality.
Rania holds a Master’s in Accounting from IHEC Carthage and is based in Tunis.
