Business Developer – Commission only

Strativio is a research-driven consulting firm headquartered in Tunisia, serving consumer-facing companies and ambitious founders across MENA, Europe, and the US. We deliver market research, competitive intelligence, and brand strategy that helps clients make their most important decisions with confidence — not guesswork. We launched publicly in 2026 after two years of building methodology and proving the model. Our founding team combines research discipline, strategic thinking, and a shared belief that consulting should produce clarity, not paperwork. We operate in Arabic, French, and English.
About the Role

We are looking for a Business Developer to help us find and connect with companies that have problems we can solve. Your mission is straightforward: identify prospects, build the first conversation, and bring qualified leads to our founding team. When a lead you introduce converts into a signed engagement, you earn a commission.

This is a commission-only role, and we are transparent about that from the start. We chose this model because it aligns incentives honestly: you earn when we earn, and there is no ceiling on what that looks like. You will have direct access to the CEO, full sales materials, and genuine support — not a script and a spreadsheet.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify consumer-facing companies and founders across MENA, Europe, or the US who are facing strategic decisions — market entry, repositioning, brand building, competitive pressure, or product validation.

 

  • Build the first conversation through the right channels — LinkedIn, email, introductions, events, or your existing network. Your goal is to start a conversation about a problem they already have, not to cold-pitch a service.

 

  • Qualify opportunities by understanding what the prospect needs. Is it a research question? A branding challenge? A competitive blind spot? Connect them with the right Strativio practice.

 

  • Hand off with full context. When a prospect is ready to talk to us, introduce them with background on their situation, what they have tried, and why Strativio is a good fit. We take the engagement conversation from there.

 

  • Maintain relationships with prospects who are not ready yet. Some leads take time. Follow up with care, share relevant Strativio insights, and stay on their radar without being intrusive.

 

  • Provide market feedback to the founding team. What are prospects asking for? What objections come up? What language resonates? Your insights from the field make the whole firm smarter.

About the Role
  • 3+ years of experience in Wealth Management with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships
  • Either the CFP® or CFA designation, or having passed the exam for the designation, is preferred
  • Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Of the highest integrity
  • Maintain a “client-first” mentality
About the Role

Compensation Range: $100,000 – $145,000 base (excluding potential incentives). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
